Kunafa

Taste and judge

Rough Kunafa with Cheese is a dessert consisting of dough threads, to which ghee, cheese, sugar and nuts are added. Kunafa is one of the most famous sweets in the Levant, Egypt, and especially Palestine.

Halawat al-Jibn

Halawat al-Jibn is a traditional dessert. It is made from cheese, semolina, sugar, and orange blossom water. It eventually takes the form of soft, sweet-tasting slices and is served stuffed with cream and decorated with nuts.

Osmalia

Osmalia consists of two layers of toasted kunafa hair, stuffed with cream and nuts.
